i'm marilyn roos. i am a mom of four incredible children, a triathlete, an avid saints fan, a designer and a passionate photographer.  i am based in both greenwich, connecticut and martha's vineyard and i work all around the tristate area, nyc, martha's vineyard, the cape and nantucket, as well as my hometown, new orleans. i'm also launching a destination wedding business to suit your needs for proposals, weddings and elopements. some of my superpowers are connecting with my subjects and making you comfortable in front of the lens. while anyone can take a snapshot, it takes a natural eye and an engaging photographer to truly capture you. i am determined to produce the best version of you and well, why not have fun while doing it?
